Toto Fish Bar

Toto Fish Bar is a Japanese seafood and sashimi restaurant opposite Syndal station, run by Johannes and Elysha Handojo with chef Yu Orita, formerly of Yugen, at the sushi counter. Diners pick fish from a refrigerated display and have it served as sashimi or turned into a teishoku set; the menu also covers nigiri, rice bowls, small plates such as chicken karaage and fried oysters, and Japanese desserts. The venue is in soft launch as of September 2026, with a 10% weekend surcharge.
