Shandong Mama is a northern Chinese restaurant tucked in an arcade off Bourke Street in the Melbourne CBD, founded by Meiyan Wang. Its own site says it brings the food of Yantai, a coastal city in Shandong, to Melbourne, with a menu built around handmade dumplings and noodles alongside Sichuan-style stir-fries.
