Pho Le is the first Australian outpost of Pho Le Saigon, a 56-year-old Ho Chi Minh City beef pho house recognised by the Michelin Guide from 2023 to 2026. It occupies two levels on Elizabeth Street near Queen Victoria Market, and the menu is deliberately short: beef pho, in a handful of cuts.
