Past / Port

Past/Port is a 160-seat South-East Asian restaurant on levels 2 and 3 of The Waterside Hotel at the western end of Flinders Street. Executive chef Sarah Chan draws on her Chinese-Malaysian background for a menu spanning Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia, with a Sarawak laksa as the anchor dish. Level 3 is a rooftop cocktail terrace with its own shorter menu.
