Minh Ky is a Chinese and Vietnamese restaurant on MacKay Street in Springvale South that specialises in Cantonese-style roast meats: roast duck, roast pork, BBQ pork, soy chicken and weekend suckling pig, served as platters or over rice, egg noodles and vermicelli.
