HuTong Dumpling Bar Chinatown

HuTong Dumpling Bar is a Chinese restaurant on Market Lane in Melbourne's Chinatown, the original venue of the HuTong group. It makes its dumplings in house and describes itself as celebrated for its signature Xiao Long Bao. The rest of the menu runs to Sichuan and Shanghainese dishes such as fish fillet in hot chilli oil, mapo tofu and Shanghai fried noodles.
