Hong Kong Bing Sutt Eastwood

Hong Kong Bing Sutt is a Hong Kong style ice-house cafe with shops in Burwood and on Rowe Street in Eastwood, and calls itself the first bing sutt in Sydney, trading since 2016. The menu is built around cha chaan teng staples: silk-stocking milk tea and yuanyang, congee, baked rice and spaghetti, scrambled-egg rice plates, instant noodles and claypots. Its laksa and baked pork chop rice are marked on the menu as famous and signature items.
