Dragon Hot Pot Clayton

Dragon Hot Pot is a self-serve hot pot chain with seventeen Victorian stores; the Clayton shop sits on the Clayton Road strip near Monash University. Diners fill a bowl from the ingredient fridge, pick one of seven soup bases and pay by weight.
