David's Master Pot Clayton

David's Master Pot is a Sichuan hot pot and malatang chain that began on Swanston Street in 2018 and now has stores across Melbourne, including one at 377 Clayton Road. The format is assisted self-serve and paid by weight: diners choose ingredients and one of seven soup bases, which the kitchen says are cooked in house with spices from Sichuan. Sides include wontons, fried rice and mochi.
